H&G International Group LLC is a private equity firm based and licensed out of Las Vegas Nevada focused on
hospitality and gaming within the U.S. H&G Wealth was set up to acquire gaming and hospitality
operations in Las Vegas.

H&G International Group LLC has been formed to pursue purchase of this asset and others that meet
its criteria for investment. Hotel and Casino will initially be pursued through a structure of
operating entities owned and controlled by H&G Wealth Partners LLC (H&G), a private
investment fund. H&G has chosen a structure that allows maximum investment from its partners
while also utilizing Nevada’s regulatory gaming laws to minimize regulatory requirements for
licensing and suitability investigations for investors.


Our focus is on developing new revenue streams as well as further property development/value
add. We have worked mainly as intermediaries between buyers and sellers from around the
world and properties from around the world. We have developed a top team which is focused
on delivering results for buyers, sellers and investors throughout the world. Our team has worked
on several projects around the U.S. and China from hotel & casinos to high end multi-family
complexes.


We have worked on projects in Las Vegas as the Rio, Circus Circus and the Mirage prior to it being
purchased by the Seminole tribe. We are now developing a new fund for investors for Las Vegas
properties which our fund will hold and oversee as partners/managers.

Management Team

Christopher Mason - President and Fund Manager
Born in Anaheim, California and raised in Phoenix, Arizona with many years overseas dealing in
real estate and Capital markets, Chris brings to H&G 20+ years of experience in real estate,
investment banking, and fund management in the United States, as well as 10 years working in
real estate hedge funds and private equities in China. Since founding H&G in 2016, has focused
on commercial real estate projects acquisition and intermediary work between buyers and
sellers, focused mainly in acquiring off market Commercial properties. Chris’s prior experience
includes:


President - Global Investors Show LLC - Phoenix, AZ. March 2011 to June 2015. Responsibilities
included hosting investment conferences in the U.S. and China. Duties included marketing and
developing relationships in the U.S. and China for possible investment vendors, Hedge Funds,
Investment Banks, and Institutional Investors. Provided investment opportunities for vendors
and private clients.


Fund Manager - CVAC - Shanghai, CN. January 2008 to September 2012. The CVAC fund was based
out of Beijing. Duties included developing relationships with Chinese investors for alternative
investments which grew into a real estate fund buying hotels at auction and or discount,
converting the hotels and selling them with a 3 year turn around. Managed multiple funds of
approx. $100,000,000 in assets.


Senior Investment Consultant - DE Global - Shanghai, CN. August 2002 to April 2007. Assisted
local and foreign Companies in training their staff for investment types as well as financial
management, Options, futures, advanced management, and risk assessments. Project
management and employee assessments for large MNC's. Provided seminars for companies in
Project management, as well as soft skills such as managing their teams and proactive office.
Assisted companies in investment evaluation as well as Due Diligence and research for new
investment strategies.


Investment Banker Charles Schwab - Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities included buying and selling of
securities bonds, funds, Options, futures for high end clientele. Worked on all aspects of
brokerage industries, including solicitation and sales; review and facilitation of fees; assisting in
the investigation, research and preparation of offering documents; study, precaution and
execution of marketing programs, canvassing and communications with clients, respondents,

finders co-brokers and others; qualification and relations with respondents; arrangement of and
participation in negotiations concerning purchase and sale, coordination of due-diligence and
closing procedures.

Gary Chen - Chief Financial Officer
Gary Chen specializes in institutional cross-border real estate mergers and acquisitions with a
focus on value-add/opportunistic investments.. Chen has underwritten over a billion of
investment grade assets spanning commercial, residential, hotel, mixed-use and industrial
properties and has transacted over $150 million of investment-grade assets throughout the San
Francisco Bay Area and New York Metro Area. He’s helped craft capital raising financial strategies,
developing plans for growth to increase company profit while reducing expenditures, identifying
investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions, managing accounting
procedures and risk management, tracking cash flow and financial planning, market analysis,
financial statements, budgeting, preparing investor quarterly reports, maximize tax incentives
and cost savings.


Chen functioned as Fund Manager for a discretionary fund focused on acquiring commercial,
multifamily and hotel projects. Acquired 40,000 square feet mixed-use development in Berkeley,
CA designated Opportunity Zone to develop 55/u multifamily apartment building.
Chen has helped raise over $200m in JV equity and institutional debt to develop 3000 units
waterfront property along the Hudson River in Edgewater, New Jersey. As one of the Fund
Managers, the role consisted of preparing Investor Private Placement, Quarterly Report,
adhering to Compliance and Risk Management, and working with Taxation bodies.

Michael R. Brunet, Esq. - Chief Legal Executive
Michael R. Brunet, Esq. is a gaming and legal executive with two decades of experience in hotel
and casino management, serving as both legal counsel to and executive management of over fifty
hotels, casinos, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, in more than ten U.S. and international
jurisdictions. Brunet brings a seasoned operator’s first-hand knowledge and experience to legal
matters affecting the hotel, casino, and entertainment industries.


Brunet has broad and extensive experience with hotel and casino operations and regulatory
gaming frameworks gained from working directly in a wide variety of operations.

Brunet has served as counsel to and management of large scale, multi-billion-dollar gaming
operators with dozens of hotel casino properties, and to medium size and smaller regional
companies with operations in multiple states and subject to multiple regulatory schemes, and to
single stand-alone properties just off the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, as well startup companies
in the emerging areas of skill-based gaming, iGaming, and esports and mobile sports betting.


Brunet began his career as an associate attorney practicing in complex insolvency and
reorganization and corporate law with a leading Las Vegas law firm, and has served as in-house
counsel to Station Casinos, Tropicana Entertainment, and Affinity Gaming, and as General
Counsel of The Light Group, Palms Casino Resort, and Game Co LLC, and has acted as advisor to
the Meg Whitman family as lenders to Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino, as well as the executive
management of San Manuel Casino in California.
Brunet received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned a Juris
Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.

Neil Patel Hospitality - Chief Operating Officer
Neil has extensive experience in hotel management as well as ownership. Neil being part of the
Patel group previously worked in management and ownership of multiple projects on all sides
from sourcing potential projects to acquisition and partnerships within the Patel group. Neil
himself has owned several properties in the US mainly Georgia and has expanded his horizons
with us at H&G Wealth Partners LLC.
